Good Morning,
I just received my field review and I am incredibly grateful to everyone at Precision. There were circumstances that we had to have this field review completed as quickly as possible or we would lose the file. I called and talked to Amanda and let her know the situation. She called the appraiser, Karen, who has a very busy day ahead of her and asked her to squeeze us in. She then called me right back and let me know that it was possible that the field review would come in today. Our team was extreemly pleased with that time frame. When I came in this morning at 8:00 A.M. and checked my email the Field review was already in my inbox. Our team is ecstatic and we want to send our sincerest gratitude to every at Precision. I personally want to thank Amanda, Lisa, Karen, Diella, Angela (I hope I am not missing anybody) and the whole team over there. Your company has always given us great friendly customer service, great communication, fast and accurate turn times and we could not be happier with the company.
